How does the sales process work?
1 • You offer a product
You offer your product to Juwelier Burger. This can be done by visiting the store or by using our online form. If Juwelier Burger is interested in purchasing the product, we will send you a purchase statement. You need to fill it in and sign it.
2 • Send product
You send your watch - along with the purchase statement and a copy of a valid ID - to Juwelier Burger. The shipping costs are for you. Of course, you can also bring your product to the store.
3 • Receipt confirmation
As soon as we receive the watch, we will notify you.
4 • Inspection
Juwelier Burger carries out an inspection. We check the product for completeness, condition, and correct functioning.
5 • Payment
You will be paid and/or the new purchase will be shipped (registered and insured with FedEx). If the watch does not meet Juwelier Burger's expectations, we will return the watch.
6 • Mechanical check
Our watchmaker performs a general mechanical check.
7 • Offered for sale
The watch is offered for sale on the website, with 1 year Juwelier Burger warranty.
