    You can, of course, drop by our shop. You can also use our response form. If you do that you can also send us a description and a number of photos. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

    If you indicate on our website which watch you are looking for, we will automatically let you know.

    Yes, we can carry out all kinds of restoration and repair work on your watches.

  • For how long is the item I have purchased guaranteed?

    We give a 1-year guarantee on all clocks and watches from the date stated on the receipt and / or any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Is the package insured when it is dispatched?

    We dispatch all items via FedEx and they are insured.

  • I would like to return an item I have purchased. Is that possible?

    All our Internet purchases are subject to a 7 day right of return guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What is the delivery time?

    If an item is immediately available, we will dispatch it as soon as we have received your payment. Normally speaking you will than receive the item within one or two days.

  • What are the payment options?

    Online you can pay by MultiSafePay (incl. iDeal and Mister Cash), PayPal (incl. credit card) and bank transfer.

  • I am purchasing an item from outside the EU. What should I take into account?

    As a client from outside the EU you are yourself responsible for anything you import. You will have to pay any necessary import taxes and import fees.

The shop

  • Are you open on Sundays?

    We are open from 12.00 to 17.00 every first and last Sunday of the month.

    Due too Carnival we are closed from Friday 21 February to Tuesday 25 February.

    We therefore we dot not a shopping Sunday on 23 February.

    Parking spaces are available in the streets near our shop (Stationsstraat, Lage Barakken and Wilheminasingel).
