Guarantee and faults

We give a 1-year guarantee on all clocks and watches from the date stated on the receipt and / or any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee does not include waterproofing, winders and push buttons, glass, bracelet and buckle. This guarantee also excludes any damage as a consequence of incorrect use, and any damage caused by the owner or third parties.

Return right internet purchases

A 7-day return policy applies to all online purchases.
You are responsible for the safe return and shipping costs.
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent by us.
The original purchase invoice and any other enclosed items must not be missing.

Please let us know before you return an item so that we can track your return.

The purchase amount is returned as soon as we have received the item in the condition as stated above. We will return the purchase amount via the method of your payment.
If you have purchased through the web store, it may take a few days before you have actually received the return payment.

Please note that the right to return goods applies only to purchases within the EU.
