» Payments


You can choose to pay (online) through various ways. We currently use: After completing the payment process you will be redirected back to our website. The transaction will go through the secure payment environment of MultiSafepay or PayPal. To take advantage of these services you must register once as a user, then you can choose from the most popular payment methods.

You can also use bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer option, the orders are only accepted after we receive your payment.

» Warranty & Return Policies


On all our watches we give a one year warranty starting from the date on the invoice. Not covered by this warranty are: water-resistant, crowns, pushers, strap and the crystal. Also excluded from this warranty are misuse and improper use of the item by the owner and/or any other party.

The return policy on online purchases complies a 14 day cash back guarantee. Shipping costs for returned items are for the account of the customer. Item must be in the same condition as sent by us. The original invoice must be included with return.

For secure payment we will handle your order in a very discrete way. Jeweler Burger contributes in a responsible way to ensure the security of your data. Payment is encrypted and strictly protected.

» Shipping outside the E.U.


Keep in mind that as a customer outside the EU you are responsible for everything that you import and the applicable import taxes and import fees should be paid.

At Customs you will be approached when importing goods. Jeweler Burger has no influence on the amount of import taxes and can not predict how high those taxes are.
